Week One: Learn About Company Mission and Identity

  • "Live Today. Lead Tomorrow." Seminar and Workshops

  • Right Time - Finding A Purpose Exercise

  • Foundations - Visit to Boston Sports Museum

  • Meet The Founder - Optional Q&A With Anthony

Week Two: Department Breakout Sessions (Explore)

  • Take Computer Training on your department

  • First Project, "My ______ Story"

Week Three: Networking And Connections

  • Establish and/or Optimize LinkedIn Presence

  • Establish and/or Optimize Glassdoor Presence

  • Resume, Cover Letter, and Portfolio Workshop

  • Using Tech/AI To put your best foot forward

Week Four: Department Breakout Sessions (Learn)

  • Shadow and/or Assist First Client Project

  • First Reflection, "Brand Of Me"

Week Five: Interacting With Professionals

  • Attend a Webinar or Assisted Q&A/Event

  • Practice Professional Interactions and Interest

  • Draft Emails/Messages to Leaders and Peers

Week Six: Department Breakout Sessions (Express)

  • Custom Tasks by Department Leader

  • Friday "Beach Volley"

  • Second Reflection, "Shell Up!"

Week Seven: Networking and Interest In Action

  • Attend First Networking/Chamber Event with Peer

  • Attire, Communication and Integration

  • Learn to Stand Out without Standing Up

Week Eight: Department Breakout Sessions (Lead)

  • Work First Client Project with another Intern

  • Leader not on site, available as a backup support

  • Demonstrating Teamwork and Skill Application

Week Nine: Recovery Creates Productivity

  • Week off from program tasks

  • Mid-Week Self Meditation Practice

Week Ten: Department Breakout Sessions (Execute)

  • Client Project (Individual or Team)

  • Applying skills to real-world experiences

  • Third Reflection, "The Real World and Job Force"

Week Eleven: Wrap-Up And Presentation

  • Present Final Projects (Presentation and Delivery Skill)

  • Department Wrap-Ups

  • "Graduation" Party/Hang-Out

Program Key Details:

• 2026 Program (Cohort 1)- May 27 to August 8

• 2026 Program (Cohort 2) - June 10 to August 15

• Hybrid Structure (Expect to be in Boston Area)

• Generally Unpaid (Limited Stipends Available)

• ALL Expenses covered by SB and our sponsors

• Could be eligible for Academic Requirements

• Up to 14 candidates (Max. 7 per cohort group)

• Leave with skills, connections and deliverables

Requirements:

• Must be 16 or older by Day 1 and U.S. Eligible

• Must be enrolled in school or career training
