Hiring Updates As Approved By Executive Board

WAKEFIELD, MA - At the Quarter One meeting of the Board of Directors, unanimous charge was rendered on the following actions:

• A successor was appointed to the existing role of Client Acquisition Specialist.

• A successor was appointed to the existing role of Adaptive Technology Specialist.

• A successor was appointed to the existing role of Internal Branding Associate.

• The position of Director of Technological Licensing was established and filled.

• The position of Retail General Manager was established and filled.

• The appointed Retail General Manager is authorized to hire up to ten (10) associates.

• The appointed Director of Technological Licensing is authorized to hire one (1) associate.

• The appointed Client Acquisition Specialist is authorized to hire up to two (2) associates.

Unless compelled by law, the Company will not be announcing the occupants of these roles, or commenting further on any of the above appointments.
