WAKEFIELD, MA / BETHESDA, MD - On Tuesday, Sapochetti Brands and Centennial Productions ownership structure entered into a binding agreement of Purchase and Sale. The company, founded and currently headquartered in Maryland, is a high scale broadcast production enterprise, which has led a successful operation over the past eleven years. Now, SB plans to transition our equipment sector of Hub7 Creation to align for a streamline operation. The sale is structured between the parties as an all cash, full-term buyout for an undisclosed amount and timeline.
The acquisition is expected to close in mid-July 2026. Following the completed purchase, the integration between the two ventures will occur immediately. Additionally, Hub7 Creation will expand to begin serving clients in Maryland based out of CP's facilities. By Spring 2027, we intend that Centennial will be fully integrated and able to serve Hub7 Clients in all service regions.
