Statement on VP Vacancy

WAKEFIELD, MA - On December 2, Kimberley Wilde, current Vice President and COO of the parent group; informed the Board of her decision to step down from her current position, in order to accept another key leadership role in which she was recently offered.

Therefore, Kim will be resigning from her current role at SB effective February 1, 2026. Kim has been a valuable asset of our brand, allowing us to strategically and effectively lead our ventures. We thank her for nearly four years of true leadership and exemplary talent, and wish her nothing but the best as she seeks this new opportunity.
