WAKEFIELD, MA - Message from President/CEO, Anthony Sapochetti:

Hello SB Community,

As we have shared last night in our press release, the events that have occurred in Providence, RI over the last day are tragic and senseless at the highest extent. This type of violence is never acceptable and we are saddened by the loss of life and comfort by so many in their community.

We frequently do business in Providence and the surrounding areas and today are thinking additionally of our team and clients in the area. Last night, we shared that we were still seeking a status check on two associates that were working an event within the perimeter. Fortunately, we can now report that both team members, have been located and have safely evacuated the area. It was very terrifying for us not being able to confirm their safety for several hours, but we find comfort that they are now both safe at home. We also find comfort that the suspected attacker has been placed into custody, and the area has been deemed safe. We have also been in contact with all other members of our Rhode Island teams and confirmed their safety and security.

However, the safety of our team and clients is paramount in each and every area of our business. Therefore, until further assurance can be determined of the continued safety in the area, we will be suspending all in-person operations in the state of Rhode Island. We understand this may cause challenges for our clients, and our Client Relations team will work individually to ensure alternative solutions are found. Team Members will be paid at regular rate through company programs for any and all scheduled shifts that will no longer be occurring. ALL other operations across our other service regions and remotely will operate as planned. We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to serving Greater Providence again in the near future.

Please know of our continued support for our clients, team members, and everyone who is involved in our daily business operations. We are a people first operation, and it is times like these where that comes to prove true. Additionally, please join me in offering thoughts and prayers for all those who have been impacted by this senseless event in an area that we frequently do business in. They need our support during these challenging times and during their time of immense loss and grief.

Sincerely,

Anthony Sapochetti
